Day 01 (12.01.2026): Journey from Kolkata to Gangasagar Mela with Guide
Your sacred journey begins with a morning pickup from Babughat, Kolkata at 10:00 AM. From there, you will comfortably travel in a private vehicle to Kakdwip, Lot No. 8 (Harwood Point Jetty).
Upon arrival, our team will assist you with pre-booked ferry tickets to cross the holy Muriganga River to Gangasagar Island.
After reaching the island, a private transfer will take you to your pre-arranged accommodation for rest and refreshment.
In the evening, you may visit nearby holy sites such as:
* Snan Ghat (for evening darshan of the sacred confluence)
* Kapil Muni Ashram
* Naga Baba Kuti
* Mela Ground for early darshan
Spend the evening soaking in the divine atmosphere of the mela.
Overnight stay at your accommodation in Gangasagar.

Day 02 (13.01.2026): Explore Gangasagar Island & Nearby Attractions
After a refreshing morning and a pure vegetarian breakfast, explore the local spiritual and natural beauty of Gangasagar Island — either as suggested by our team or as per your own choice.
In the evening, return to your accommodation for rest.
Pure vegetarian dinner will be served.
Overnight stay at Gangasagar.

Day 03 (14.01.2026): Makar Sankranti Holy Snan, Puja & Havan
This is the most auspicious and divine day of your yatra.
Early morning, take the Makar Sankranti Holy Snan at the sacred Gangasagar Sangam, where the Ganga meets the Bay of Bengal. Perform Tarpan and Gau Daan as per traditional rituals.
Then visit Kapil Muni Temple for darshan and puja. Later, participate in a Jagya and Havan ceremony at your camp or tent for peace, prosperity, and spiritual upliftment.
After breakfast, spend the rest of the day in peace and devotion.
Overnight stay at Gangasagar.

Day 04 (15.01.2026): Local Sightseeing, Shopping & Mela Darshan
After breakfast, enjoy a day of Mela Darshan and local sightseeing. Visit important places such as:
* ISKCON Temple (newly constructed)
* Bharat Sevashram Sangha
* Omkarnath Ashram
* GBDA Park
* Samshan Kali Mandir
* Kapil Sarovar
You may also shop for devotional souvenirs and spiritual items at the mela.
Overnight stay at Gangasagar.

Day 05 (16.01.2026): Return to Kolkata with Divine Memories
After breakfast and check-out, visit a few more spiritual places on the island such as:
* Nag Sarobar
* Nag Temple
* Manasamata Temple
* Ramakrishna Mission
Then, begin your return journey to Kolkata via ferry and private vehicle.
