🕉️ Day 01 (13.01.2026): Journey from Kolkata to Gangasagar – Holy Snan & Kapil Muni Darshan
Your sacred journey begins with a morning pickup from Babughat, Kolkata at 10:00 AM.
Travel comfortably in a private vehicle to Kakdwip, Lot No. 8 (Harwood Point Jetty). Upon arrival, our team will assist you with pre-booked ferry tickets to cross the holy Muriganga River to Gangasagar Island.
After reaching the island, a private transfer will take you to your pre-arranged accommodation for rest and refreshment.
Later, visit the Kapil Muni Temple for darshan and blessings. Evening is free for Mela Darshan and spiritual exploration.

🙏 Day 02 (14.01.2026): Makar Sankranti Holy Snan, Local Pilgrimage & Return to Kolkata
This is the most auspicious and divine day of your yatra.
Early morning, take the Makar Sankranti Holy Snan at the sacred Gangasagar Sangam, where the Ganga meets the Bay of Bengal. Perform Tarpan and Gau Daan as per traditional rituals.
Afterward, visit the Kapil Muni Temple for darshan and puja. Later, participate in a Yagya and Havan ceremony at your camp or tent for peace, prosperity, and spiritual upliftment.
Spend some time shopping for religious souvenirs at the mela area.
Later, begin your return journey to Kolkata via ferry and private vehicle (same route as Day 1).
Your sacred pilgrimage concludes with divine blessings and cherished memories of the Gangasagar Mela & Makar Sankranti Snan Yatra 2026.

• Note: If your tour starts on 12th January and returns on 16th January (specially recommended for senior pilgrims/devotees, and physically challenged persons), we provide a private ferry service within the same package price.
On 13th, 14th, and 15th January, we provide pre-booked government ferry tickets, and our guide will assist you in finding the ferry ghat, arranging local transportation, accommodation, and Sangam Ghat darshan.
